Customer Review: Very pleased I have to say that I consider myself quite picky when it comes to a coffee maker. My biggest complaint is coffee that is not kept warm enough, coffee makers that are too slow, and coffee makers that are not sturdy enough to last with our daily use. Many of the features that I have listed are not advertised when looking for a coffee maker so you must rely on reviews. This coffee maker has made my husband and I very happy. While having all of the needed bells and whistles that I also find important, like a programable timer, auto shut off (a must for us), stop and pour while brewing,(I’m impaitient) as well as a filter and cleaner sensor,(haven’t used the cleaner sensor yet), it definately keeps my coffee hot even with a mid range setting. The coffee is brewed in a timely matter and the glass container is far sturdier than my last braun. My husband’s one important feature is the small footprint. It takes up far less space on our counter than most and I also love the brushed black finish. If I had to find any negative it would be that the top opens up and toward the back, so we pull it out from under the cabinet to fill, that push it back. A small price to pay for a very welcome asset to our kitchen. Customer Review: LEAKY MESS My husband bought this coffee pot after I suffered some burns using a French press coffee pot early in the morning before I was fully awake. I have two complaints about this coffee pot: 1)it leaks all over the counter and 2) it doesn’t make 12 cups of coffee at the strength I prefer because if I load enough coffee into basket to get the taste we like, it backs up into the water reserve.
