Last year for Christmas my brother got me the EuroPro Convection Toaster Oven and I love it.

He just got me the regular model, which goes for about $50 to $60 at most regular department stores (I believe he picked it up at K-Mart, but I think Macy's and Linen & Things also have it.)

They also make a fancier, digital model that goes for about $90.

I should add - he got this for me because I rented an apartment with no range! And believe it or not - I use this for everything! I had to get some smaller pans, but I have roasted meat, baked meat and pastries, roasted veggies, etc. in it. And even smaller pans weren't hard to come by - I use lots of nice Pyrex small casseroles or even regular loaf pans.
